When the spring we have to run is short, we can settle for just 3 meters and two steps if we make them completely efficient:
- We stand at the far end and push the board back to gain a few centimeters.
- We push the board towards us, positioning the back hand in the center of the board.
- When it is at our level, it is time to position the front hand in the center of the board as well.
- We now take 2 explosive steps to get on the board.
- As soon as we get on, we press the board with both feet to give it speed.
