This part of the tutorial is only for those who already have a basic pumping level. If you are not, do not follow the advice because it is not good for your level and will slow you down more than help you.
Requirements to follow this tutorial:
- Be able to pump for 25 seconds at a time
- Be able to pump 60 meters away
- Be able to turn to go back to the pier and then go a little straighter.
- You are able to correct the position of your feet on the board.
- Every 10 attempts out of 9 you are able to go at least 25 meters.
- If you are not there, follow the advice from the first part of the tutorial and ignore these.
